What to Do After Submitting Your Background Check Information

Once you've submitted all of your checks, Zinc will now proceed with the next phase of your background check process and will contact you directly if any additional information is required. Look out for any emails from our Support Team [contact@zincwork.com](mailto:contact@zincwork.com). You can keep track of your checks by going onto your [profile](https://app.zincwork.com/profile) and you can review your [notifications](https://app.zincwork.com/notifications) within Zinc for any updates. **This is the best way to keep track of your checks.** You will be notified via email as well when your individual checks are completed and you will receive a final confirmation email once your checks have been fully completed. ## Still receiving reminder emails or checks are no longer required If you are still receiving reminder emails, please follow these steps: First, go to your profile and click on the "View check progress" tab. Then, check if there are any actions you need to take or any additional information you need to provide. When you do not see any checks listed under "Awaiting Candidate," this means you have completed everything required on your end. You may have a duplicate request in our system, which is why you are still receiving reminders. In this case, please contact your recruiter directly. They will be able to cancel any duplicate or unnecessary reminder emails from their system. ## Need to complete checks later Contact your recruiter immediately for guidance on deadlines and possible extensions. If your recruiter wants to still use your current request instead of sending another one at a later date, you may still receive reminders until you complete your checks (so just ignore these until you are ready)! ## Questions about start date or training Please contact your recruiter directly.
