How to Integrate Zinc with SmartRecruiters

Go to the **SmartRecruiters Marketplace** and search for **Zinc**. 2. Sign in to your **Zinc account** as an **admin**, then go to your [Company Account details](https://app.zincwork.com/company/general) under the subheader **Integrations** and find **SmartRecruiters**. 2. To request individual candidate references, go to **Assessments** and select the **Zinc package** you want to use. 2. We will send automated reminders to ensure that you get your checks in good time. ### Track the progress You can view the status of each candidate’s checks in your ATS. We’ll notify you by email as soon as an individual check is completed. ### View insights View your candidate reports directly from your ATS to make better hiring decisions without leaving your ATS or HRIS. ![smartrecruiters-5](https://storage.googleapis.com/public-fini-assets/zincwork_hc_images/smartrecruiters-5.png) ## Good to Know **Packages aren't showing in the dropdown when preparing to send a request — why?** Packages only display within the assessment-ordering flow, not as a default auto-trigger dropdown. It's also worth checking that after selecting your dropdown values, you've clicked **"Configure"** — this step is easy to miss, and packages won't appear until it's done.
