Austria: Acceptable Documents for Right to Work Verification
To perform a right to work check in Austria, the following documents can be accepted:
## Natural Citizens
- **Austrian Passport**
- **EEA and Swiss Passports**
- **National ID Card**
- **Certificate of Citizenship**
- **Birth Certificate Showing the Nationality of Both Parents**
## Foreign Nationals
### EEA + Swiss Nationals
- **National ID Card**
### Other Nationals
- **Resident Permit for Purpose of Family Reunification**
- **Rot-Weiss-rot Card**
- **Rot-weiss-rot Plus Card**
- **Rot-Weiss-rot Card Plus for Graduates**
- **EU Blue Card issued by the Austrian Department of Migration or any other EU Member State so long as you resided in said country at least 18 months prior to moving to Austria**
