How to View Completed References in Zinc
## View your completed references
Use a laptop or computer.
1. Sign in to your Zinc account: https://app.zincwork.com/sign-in
2. Click **Profile** on the left hand side of the screen.
3. On your profile page, you will see any completed references visible to you.
## Add a referee or continue your checks
From your profile:
1. Click **View check progress** side panel.
2. Click **Submit checks** to return to the submission page.
3. Continue adding/providing references from there.
## Why can’t I see the full questionnaire?
Private references are visible only to your new employer. If a completed reference is private, its full questionnaire will not appear on your profile.
