Is Zinc a certified IDSP?
Zinc is fully integrated with Entrust (formerly known as Onfido), a certified Identity Digital Service Provider (IDSP).
The UK Government’s Digital Identity and Attributes Trust Framework has introduced updated Gamma standards. Following this update, Zinc transitioned its identity verification services to Entrust, who are fully certified under the new framework.
While Zinc itself is no longer directly listed on the UK Trust Framework, its digital ID verification and Right to Work check services remain fully compliant through this integration with Entrust. This means the checks you complete with Zinc continue to meet the UK Government’s Digital Identity and Attributes Trust Framework as well as GPG45 standards.
Zinc supports digital Right to Work checks and all levels of DBS checks through this certified partnership with Entrust, ensuring ongoing compliance and security.
