Why Address and Identity Checks Are Added to DBS Criminal Check Candidate Requests in England & WalesAddress and ID or Right to Work checks will be added to your candidate's request if the candidate lives in England & Wales and is completing a DBS criminal check.

These checks are required as part of DBS criminal check process in England & Wales as a valid form of ID and an address check are required for a DBS to proceed.
