Submit your required details on Zinc to begin the check process. 2. If anything is missing, you will be contacted directly to provide these details. 3. Once all required information is provided, our checking provider sends an email directly to you with instructions to apply for the certificate. - The email you will receive has the subject line of "_Criminal record certificate for Austria...". 4. Scan and email the scanned certificate back to our checking provider using the email address provided in the email to complete the check. 5. Results are then available on Zinc for review by the employer. 6.
