Can I Upload Documents or Complete Checks On Behalf Of A Candidate?
No, generally the candidate must submit documents and complete checks by themselves for their checks. This ensures privacy for the candidate and their personal information.
Zinc does not have a feature for you to complete an upload on the candidate's behalf.
If you do have a candidate who's struggling to complete a check, please reach out to our Support Team where we can provide you with the best guidance on how to help your candidate or we can reach out to them directly for additional support.
