Can I Upload Documents or Complete Checks On Behalf Of A Candidate?
No, generally the candidate must submit documents and complete checks by themselves for their checks. This ensures privacy for the candidate and their personal information.
Zinc does not have a feature for you to complete an upload on the candidate's behalf.
### DBS manual identity verification
Even when you are completing **manual identity verification** (e.g., for DBS), you **cannot complete the candidate’s required identity steps on their behalf**.
- The **candidate must complete the required identity steps first**.
- After the candidate completes those steps, you can proceed with the **manual verification of the candidate’s documents**.
