How to Create a New Package and Send a New Request for Different Check Setups
If you need to run checks that are not included in your current setup, follow these steps to create a new package and send a new request:
**When to use this:**
- When you require a non-standard combination of checks.
- To add checks such as identity or address that were not included in the initial package setup.
- When you need to submit a separate request for a staff member using a different package.
**Steps to create a new package and send a new request:**

3. Select the newly created package when sending the request.
4. Submit the request so the candidate can complete the new checks.
