How to Remind Candidates to Complete Their Checks Using the Recruit Page Links

Recruiters have often expressed their needs for an ability to nudge or remind candidates to complete their check submissions on Zinc. As a result, we have made changes to the [Recruit](https://app.zincwork.com/recruit) page, so that you can copy both the report link **and** the request link and send it over to candidates. ![zincwork_hc_images/how-can-i-remind-candidates-to-complete-their-checks-1.png](https://storage.googleapis.com/public-fini-assets/zincwork_hc_images/how-can-i-remind-candidates-to-complete-their-checks-1.png) 1. Find the candidate you want to send a reminder to and click the **three dots** on the right hand side of the row. ![zincwork_hc_images/how-can-i-remind-candidates-to-complete-their-checks-2.png](https://storage.googleapis.com/public-fini-assets/zincwork_hc_images/how-can-i-remind-candidates-to-complete-their-checks-2.png) ![zincwork_hc_images/how-can-i-remind-candidates-to-complete-their-checks-3.png](https://storage.googleapis.com/public-fini-assets/zincwork_hc_images/how-can-i-remind-candidates-to-complete-their-checks-3.png) You can then see the following options: - Download report - **Copy report link** - **Copy candidate link** - Cancel check ![zincwork_hc_images/how-can-i-remind-candidates-to-complete-their-checks-4.png](https://storage.googleapis.com/public-fini-assets/zincwork_hc_images/how-can-i-remind-candidates-to-complete-their-checks-4.png) **Copy report link** will simply copy the candidate's report link. **Copy candidate link** will copy the link to the **candidate's request/their submission page.** If you want to send a reminder to the candidate to complete their checks, copy the **candidate link.** You can take this link and include it in a message to send it to your candidate so they can complete their checks. ## Automated reminder schedule Curious about how we chase candidates?
