What Information Can Candidates See on Their Zinc Profile?
Candidates on Zinc can see detailed information about their own profiles and verification status as part of Zinc's commitment to data transparency and candidate control. Specifically, candidates can view the following on their profile only:
- **Profile details:** You can see your own profile information including your visibility and share settings.
- **Check progress:** You have access to the latest progress updates on verification requests.
- **References:** Confidential questionnaires and documents from references are not visible to you to protect privacy.
- **Skills:** You can view your validated skills from your referees as recorded in your profile.
- **Identity checks:** Reusable and profile-style identity checks are visible to you.
- **Education / qualifications:** You can see the status and verification results of your educational background and qualifications.
- **Work proofs:** You own your work proofs and can manage the visibility settings for them.
- **Right to work:** This information is visible only if it is part of a reusable identity check. If not reused, it will not be shown.
- **Address check:** You can view summary and status style information related to address verification.
- **Sanctions / PEP / adverse media / adverse financial:** These checks appear to you in a profile-style summary view as identity checks.
This visibility ensures you maintain insight and control over your personal data and verification process throughout Zinc, aligning with Zinc's candidate-first data philosophy.
