How to Update Billing Information and Payment Method

You can update your billing information or payment method directly via our [customer portal](https://billing.stripe.com/p/login/28ofZe8ca1UW14A3cc). You can also access this on the Zinc platform in the **Billing history** section of the [Billing](https://app.zincwork.com/company/billing) page and clicking the link in the sentence **"To view a more detailed breakdown of your billing history click here"**. ![zincwork_hc_images/how-do-i-update-my-billing-information-payment-method-1.png](https://storage.googleapis.com/public-fini-assets/zincwork_hc_images/how-do-i-update-my-billing-information-payment-method-1.png) You can update the following directly via the customer portal: - **Change payment card details** - **Change your billing address** - **Change your company name** - For example, you can add your new PO at the end of your company name, e.g. Zinc PO: 12345 - **View your billing history and status of invoices (incl. unpaid / outstanding invoices)** It is important to note that you will need to use the **same email that first created your Zinc Company account email** to login to the portal or the email that was used to set up the payment method. If that user has left the company, please contact our account management team to assist you further at [accountmanagement@zincwork.com](mailto:accountmanagement@zincwork.com). ## How to access the portal 1. Once you input your email address, you will receive a login link to your email address to access the portal. 3.
