Hong Kong: Acceptable Documents for Right to Work Verification
To perform a right to work check in Hong Kong, the following documents can be accepted:
### Natural Citizens
- **Hong Kong Passport**
- **National Identity Card**
### Foreign Nationals
- **Hong Kong ID Card (for permanent HK residents)**
- **Valid Travel Documents (for non-permanent HK residents)**
- **Documentation from Immigration Department**
## In cases where the person does not need to be registered pursuant to the Registration of Persons Ordinance
- **A Valid Travel Document**
- **A Vietnamese Refugee Card**
- **A Certificate Exemption**
All of these documents can be uploaded securely through Zinc.
