Next Steps After Your Candidate Receives a Match on Their References
Our software flags all date mismatches that have a difference between what the candidate and referee have submitted.
Your first step is to decide whether the reference meets your company's requirements.
If the mismatch is acceptable you can mark the report as **Reviewed**.
