Can't Press Next when Adding My References into Zinc
If you cannot press Next on the details step for your References check you should first check that every required field on the page has been completed correctly.
For the references section, you should check:
- You have added the required number of references. If two references are requested, both must be added before continuing.
- Each reference uses a professional or work email address where possible, rather than a personal email address.
- The start and end dates for each role are complete and valid.
- Employment end dates set in the future can only be up to 6 months from the current month and year.
- If the role is current, you should use the available current role tick box option.
- The job title and organisation details are filled in for each reference.
If the page still will not allow you to continue, you should refresh the page, try again in a different browser, and send a screenshot showing the full page and any fields near the disabled Next button for our Support Team to review.
