Spain: Acceptable Documents for Right to Work Verification
To perform a right to work check in Spain, the following documents can be accepted:
## Natural Citizens
- **Spanish Passport**
- **EEA and Swiss Passports**
- **National ID Card**
- **Certificate of Citizenship**
## Foreign Nationals
### EEA and Swiss Nationals
- **National Identity Card**
### Non EEA + Swiss Nationals
- **Stay Card**
- **Family of Spanish, EU, EEA or Swiss Citizen**
- **Family Reunification in the General Regime**
- **Residence and Gainful Employment**
- **Residence and Self-Employment**
- **Residence and Work for Research**
- **Temporary Residence and Work for Highly Qualified Holders of EU Blue Card Professionals**
- **Long Term Residence**
- **Residence for Entrepreneurs and Business**
- **Residence for Training or Research**
- **Residence for Highly Qualified Professionals**
