How to Cancel or Withdraw Your Checks
If you no longer wish to proceed with your checks with Zinc, you can ask for it to be withdrawn. There are two ways to do this.
## How To Withdraw a Check
**Ask your recruiter.** Please reach out to them directly and ask them to withdraw the check.
*You can find your recruiter's contact information from the initial request email you received, asking you to complete your checks through Zinc*
**Contact our Support Team.** Get in touch via live chat or email at contact@zincwork.com and ask us to withdraw it.
How Long Will It Take?
*We need permission from your recruiter before we can cancel a check. If you ask our Support Team, we’ll need to confirm with your recruiter first, so this may take a little longer.*
