I'm Getting a 401 Error When Trying to Submit a Reference
When you are attempting to submit a reference and you are receiving an error 401 message this will likely be linked to a login issue.
To rectify this issue please use the following link: https://app.zincwork.com/sign-out
## Steps to resolve the issue
1. Sign out of any accounts you are signed into.
2. Once signed out you can then proceed to use the link which was sent to your email and provide the reference as requested.
If after following these steps you are still having issues with the submission, please do contact our support team and we can further assist you with the submission of the reference.
### Additional troubleshooting tip:
If you see an error or an issue on the Zinc reference submission page itself, try to submit the reference using an incognito or private browser window. Copy and paste the original reference submission link into the incognito/private window to avoid browser caching or session problems. This often helps when a standard browser session causes Zinc to show an error or prevents submission.
