What Does "Suspected" Mean on an Identity Check?

Please note, these are warnings you must review to evaluate first, as they may be caused inadvertently. **Suspected** means there is a reason to believe that the document or the selfie match has possible fraud. - **Document**: this indicates that the document might have been altered or does not appear to be genuine. - **Face match**: this indicates that the selfie image has been tampered with in some way. Depending on the reason, and your risk appetite, you may decide to either ask someone from your team to manually review it face to face, or ask the candidate to retry on Zinc. You can indicate this decision on the candidate report. ![zincwork_hc_images/what-does-suspected-on-an-identity-check-mean-1.png](https://storage.googleapis.com/public-fini-assets/zincwork_hc_images/what-does-suspected-on-an-identity-check-mean-1.png)
