**Please note that CV checks are only available directly on Zinc. Kula cannot currently be used with packages containing CV checks.** We’ve launched a no-touch background check integration with Kula to make it easy for recruiters to start and track checks directly from their ATS. ## How to integrate Zinc with Kula You can find instructions on how to integrate Zinc with Kula [here](https://support.kula.ai/articles/7299792089-how-to-integrate-zinc-with-kula). You must be a Kula Admin **and** have an active Zinc account with **background check packages set up in Zinc** to set up the integration. Yes, background checks can be initiated directly from Kula as part of the candidate workflow. #### Can customers customise packages and see check progress in Kula? Yes. Customers can choose from their custom packages when initiating a check. Overall check status and individual check results are visible in Kula. #### Is the report available in Kula? Kula shows a report URL that links to the full report. The PDF itself is not embedded or stored within Kula. #### Are phone numbers supported? Phone numbers are not supported as part of this integration.
