How to Integrate Zinc Background Checks with Greenhouse Recruiting ATS

Sign in to Zinc or create an account if you haven’t already. 2. Click **Copy**. Next, reach out to Greenhouse Support and ask them to add the API key to your account. Add the Zinc background check by first navigating to a job dashboard in Greenhouse and click the **Job Setup** tab. 2. Select **Interview Plan** from the listed options. 3. Decide where in your hiring process you’d like to conduct background checks. 4. In Greenhouse, select **Add Stage** and choose **Automated Reference with Zinc**. 5. On the candidate's profile, click **Automated Reference with Zinc**. 2. Select **Send Test**. Before sending, let your candidate know that Zinc will be conducting the background check and to watch for a message from us. We will send automated reminders to ensure that you get your checks in good time. **Track the progress** You can view the status of each candidate’s checks in your ATS.
