I Have Received a Reference That Has an Email Attached to It

When that happens, Zinc automatically extracts this from the email and presents it to you on the platform. We do this to get your reference responses as quick as possible without any manual delay. You will see the referee’s response as you always do, but you’ll also find their full response included — it’s attached directly to the referee card on the candidate's report for easy access.
