## Who is the source of credit check data in Czechia?

## What is the process in Czechia?
The requesting party will request the check from the ATS or their Zinc account.
1. The candidate receives automated instructions to provide some personal details in a dynamic web form.
2. Zinc submits the request to the authorities.
3. The candidate receives an email from our provider with instructions and a link to a secure page leading to the candidate's module where the candidate must click the “Sign with DocuSign” button.

4. Zinc receives the results (digitally) and provides a signed digital report.
5. The candidate receives a notification to say the process is complete.
## What details are required to submit the check?
- First Name
- Last Name
- Birth Date
- Consent
- **Candidate's email address**
- In order for the Candidate to receive the Specific Consent Form to be signed through
DocuSign.
- **Client’s email address**
- In order to receive the DocuSign request in CC.
- **Specific Consent Form**
- Scanned copy of the Letter of Authorization duly signed digitally via DocuSign's Advanced signature, no other form of signature is acceptable.
- Our provider will provide the DocuSign Advanced Signature Certificate once the candidate has completed and signed the DocuSign document.
- Please note that the Specific Consent Form is required; however, it must be submitted directly by the candidate via DocuSign before the check can be initiated.
- For field not applicable (N/A) to your circumstances: you must enter "N/A" (Not Applicable). No field is to be left blank.
## What is covered in the credit check?
Our provider conduct Bad Payment History verification in Czechia and provides credit information on natural persons based on a comprehensive extract from several key Czech financial registers. This includes data from the Banking Client Information Register (CIBR), the Non- Banking Client Information Register (NBCIR), and the Register of Payment Information (REPI), all operated by the Czech Banking Credit Bureau and CRIF’s internal platform, covering clients of Czech banks and financial institutions.
A copy of the Specific Consent Form (Letter of Authorisation) is always required for this check.
The copy must be scanned and duly signed using DocuSign’s Advanced Signature.
Additionally, the DocuSign Signature Certificate must be provided along with the signed Letter of Authorisation.
Please note that our provider will include the instructions for the candidate to complete and sign the form via DocuSign in the email sent to the candidate directly.
The report offers a detailed overview of the individual’s financial history, including a credit evaluation, a summary of all registered loans, and the status of current debts. It consists of the following sections:
- Personal Data
- CRIF Evaluation
- Overview of Contracts in CIBR/NBCIR/REPI (personal and consumer loans, mortgage loans, leasing, etc.).
All amounts shown in the report are stated in Czech koruna (CZK).
## Restrictions, Exclusions, Limitations:
- The credit bureau forbids sharing credit information with third parties outside of the consent provided for the purposes of a credit check.
- The turnaround time count starts as soon as the candidate has completed the DocuSign step.
## What is the period covered by the check?
- Summary of the 24-month repayment history, and credit data retained for up to 10 years after the termination of the contractual obligations between the bank and its client.
- Inquiries submitted and information provided via CRIF's platform will be stored for a maximum of 30 days, after which they will be automatically deleted.
