Why a Referee Name Auto-Populates on a Reference After Saving
Sometimes, these emails will populate with names associated with them, so for example, an email previously used will label itself as HR Department as that's the name connected to it on our system.
Once the request is sent, the referee can change the auto-populated name when they provide the reference on their side.
If you think the referee may decline the reference request due to the wrong name, please contact our Support Team so we can resolve this for you.
