Why Does My Recruiter See My Qualification Check as Not Submitted When I Have Submitted It?
If your qualification cannot be verified instantly, we may request further details from you. In this scenario, your qualification check will be withdrawn from processing and appear to the recruiter as not yet submitted until the additional information is provided.

## I’m stuck on the qualification page after uploading documents
If you’ve uploaded your documents and are still on the qualification or submission page, first check whether there is another step shown on the page, such as confirming your details, submitting the check, or completing another required section.
After you complete your qualification check, you should see a Back to Dashboard button so you can continue with the rest of your checks. This only appears after you've completed all qualification checks requested.
If there is no logo, home button, or navigation menu available on the page, this is normal. You do not need to use these to return to your checks.
To get back to your background check request, try one of these options:
1. Go to https://app.zincwork.com/profile, click “View check progress”, then click “Submit checks”.
2. Go to https://app.zincwork.com/notifications using the same email address your checks were requested to. Click the notification in the Update column that says the recruiter or company requested that you complete a background check. You will automatically be taken to the background checks for that specific request.
3. Open the original Zinc email with the subject line “Background check request from Recruiter/Company Name” and click “Complete check(s)”.
