Acceptable Identity Documents for International Identity Checks (Non-United Kingdom)

To process an identity check, candidates must provide live photos of original (not copied) and valid identity documents. ## What ID documents are accepted with Zinc? If a candidate cannot provide a live photo of their valid photo ID or it's not an ID document our IDSP can support, we are unable to complete the ID check on Zinc. We may need you to complete the document check manually if it's an unsupported document. We will let you know directly and inform you that we cannot complete the identity check on Zinc and you may need to remove this check for the candidate.
