Why Are Address Checks and ID Checks Not Required on DBS Update Service Rechecks?
Since we have verified the candidate's identity on the pre-employment check of the Update Service or the DBS, it's not required by the DBS to inspect this ID document again when doing update checks of the Update Service.
The address is not required either because we have already confirmed the address in pre-employment checks.
