## Restrictions, Exclusions, and Limitations
- Due to privacy laws, there might be restrictions in accessing case information that the parties to the case have explicitly prohibited public disclosure.
- Due to the remote location and limited access to court records in Myanmar, we rely on a source that is a signatory member of the FALM. This organisation maintains court records for member countries. It's important to note that decisions or legislative materials are typically published two to five days after receiving them from the issuing authority, provided they are in a word-processed format. The records available on this source are based on the documents provided by the issuing authority/concerned court. Any information not shared by the authority will not be available due to privacy reasons.
- Please note that we only provide audit trails as evidence for this service. Exceptionally, if you need evidence for "Records Found" we can share the snippet or judgment with an additional cost.
