400 Error When Completing Your Identity Check: Causes and Solutions
You may be getting a 400 error completing the identity check because the page reloaded when completing a portion of the check.
To fix this, exit the current page and navigate back to your [submission page](https://help.zincwork.com/hc/hm54ky7yrc/article/cc4dc62b-how-to-access-your-completed-background-checks-on-zinc) to restart the check. By restarting the check from the beginning, the error should resolve itself.
