Reference Packages: Combine Minimum Reference Quantity with Minimum Years (Duration) Criteria
This new feature enables recruiters to define a minimum number of references **and** a minimum number of years requirements within the reference criteria.

For example, you can ask candidates to provide at least **2 references** from the **past 5 years**.

#### How does this impact candidates?
- If this feature is enabled and the package is configured to use both criteria, candidates will be asked to fulfil **both** duration and number of references criteria
#### Do I have to update my packages?
- To use this feature, the package will need to be updated to add the new dual criteria. Otherwise, no.

#### Does this affect referees?
- Nope!
#### How does this affect existing criteria on reference packages?
- It has no effect on existing packages.
#### What happens when a candidate has not fulfilled the criteria?
- If the candidate has not met the requirements, they will be prompted to add in more references or add in non-employment periods until they’ve met the criteria.
#### How can this be set up?
- Once the feature flag is enabled, recruiters can set this within the package builder.
#### Is this available for all reference types?
- Yes, this is available for all types
#### How does this affect the report?
- An indication of what criteria is left to complete will be shown in the check progress panel on the report.
