How to Change a Candidate's Name Provided for a Background Check Request
If you accidentally sent a check request to a candidate but the name is misspelt or incorrect, don't panic!
Get in touch with our Customer Support team either by email or live chat and we can change the name provided for you.
**Don't** send out a new request before talking to our team. It won't fix the issue by cancelling the request and resending it as the name needs to be manually adjusted internally.
