How to Change a Candidate's Name Provided for a Background Check Request
If you accidentally sent a check request to a candidate but the name is misspelt or incorrect, don't panic.
Please contact Zinc's Customer Support team by email or live chat to request the correction. The name needs to be manually adjusted internally by Support.
Do not send out a new request before talking to Support. Cancelling the request and resending it will not fix the issue.
