What to Do If You Haven't Received Your DBS Certificate After Application

The DBS certificate will be delivered to the current address submitted on your DBS application up to 14 days after the check is complete. Zinc does not have access to these and cannot provide these for you as it is provided directly by the DBS. If you have not received the certificate after 14 days, you can request a reprint by contacting the DBS on 0300 0200 190 if the following apply: - The DBS certificate was issued within the last 3 months (93 days). If the certificate was issued before that, a new DBS application is required. - If you did not accidentally lose or damage the initial certificate. - This is the only reprint request for this application. - You request a reprint to the same current address that was submitted in the DBS application. If all of the above apply, you will be required to quote your DBS E0 Application reference number. You can obtain this information in the confirmation email you received when your DBS check was completed. If you cannot find the DBS E0 Application reference number, then you can reach out to the Customer Success team via live chat or contact@zincwork.com.
