How to Connect HiBob Rechecking Integration
The **Zinc <> HiBob** integration includes an additional webhook connection to help you easily manage employee rechecks. This setup automatically removes scheduled recheck requests for employees who have left the company.
You can find the setup instructions under **Integrations > Company** in your Zinc account. Follow these steps to connect:
## 1. Add the webhook URL to HiBob
- Copy the webhook URL from **Zinc**
- Go to **Settings** in **HiBob** > **Integrations** > **Webhooks** > **Add a New Subscriber**

## 2. Configure the webhook
- In **HiBob**, select **Add a new subscriber**
- Under **Events**, choose:
- **Employee created**
- **Employee terminated**
- Under **Who to listen for**, select **All employees**
> **Employee update** is optional. It allows us to display your employee start date in Zinc. We won't access any other data.

## 3. Add the secret key from HiBob
- Click the **More** menu in HiBob and select **View activity**
- Copy the **secret key**

## 4. Send a test event to Zinc
- Select **Test** in the menu
- You should see a **Test successfully sent** confirmation message
