How to Integrate Zinc with Pinpoint and Run Background Checks

**Please note that CV checks are only available directly on Zinc. Sign in to Zinc or create an account if you haven’t already. 2. Navigate to **Account > Company**, then click **"Generate API Key"** and copy this. ![pinpoint-1](https://storage.googleapis.com/public-fini-assets/zincwork_hc_images/pinpoint-1.png) ## Step 2: Paste the Zinc API key into Pinpoint 1. In **Pinpoint**, navigate to **Settings > Integrations**. 2. Select **App** and search for **Zinc**. 3. Choose a **live job** and select a candidate. 2. Click on the **three dots** next to the candidate’s name. 3. Select **"Zinc Background Check"**. 4. We will send automated reminders to ensure that you get your checks in good time. **Track the progress** You can view the status of each candidate’s checks in your ATS.
