Recruit Page Is Blank and Not Showing Candidates
## If your Recruit page is blank but you’re receiving candidate emails
1. Check with an **Admin** level user of your company Zinc account to make sure you were invited to the company account with the email address you used to sign in.
2. Check with an **Admin** level user to see what your user level is. If you are a **Viewer** user level, you will not have any visibility on checks on the Recruit page unless you are **subscribed to the package** by a Recruiter or Admin for your company account.
3. Make sure you're signed into the same Zinc account that was invited to your company's Zinc account.
