What Does the ‘Attention Needed’ Request Status Mean?

![zincwork_hc_images/what-does-the-attention-needed-request-status-mean-1.png](https://storage.googleapis.com/public-fini-assets/zincwork_hc_images/what-does-the-attention-needed-request-status-mean-1.png) The red **Attention needed** status means that there is something on the candidate's report which is requiring your (the employer's) attention. The above **Attention needed** rectangle will show on the top of the candidate's report page. For example: - A right to work check or identity check which needs some attention from your side. - A prompt to check whether a document is acceptable to proceed or complete a DBS (criminal) check. ![zincwork_hc_images/what-does-the-attention-needed-request-status-mean-2.png](https://storage.googleapis.com/public-fini-assets/zincwork_hc_images/what-does-the-attention-needed-request-status-mean-2.png) ![zincwork_hc_images/what-does-the-attention-needed-request-status-mean-3.png](https://storage.googleapis.com/public-fini-assets/zincwork_hc_images/what-does-the-attention-needed-request-status-mean-3.png) This status would only show when this attention and action is required **urgently** in the middle of a check process, and attention is **needed** in order for the checks to continue. The overall group of checks is not yet complete, but there is some attention needed mid-checks. The below **Attention needed** rectangle will show on the request page and is a top-level filter to bring these reports to your attention as soon as possible. ![zincwork_hc_images/what-does-the-attention-needed-request-status-mean-4.png](https://storage.googleapis.com/public-fini-assets/zincwork_hc_images/what-does-the-attention-needed-request-status-mean-4.png)
