What To Do When You Are Notified That Your Identity Check Has Failed
Don't worry! Failure may happen for a [wide range of reasons](https://help.zincwork.com/hc/hm54ky7yrc/article/b69c68d5-why-is-my-document-not-being-accepted-for-identity-check-common-issues-and-fixes).
Zinc will provide as much information as possible and ask you to resubmit.
If the ID verification continues to fail, your employer may ask you to retry the check or verify the documents face to face.
