Case-Specific Information Requested by Zinc Support
Zinc Support may sometimes email you to ask for extra information so we can continue or unblock your background check. These requests are usually specific to your check, your employer's requirements, or the information already received.
Because these requests are case-specific, the details Zinc Support asks for may not always appear in Zinc's general help articles. This does not necessarily mean the request is wrong or that anything has gone wrong with your check.
If you understand what Zinc Support has asked for and can provide it, reply directly to the support email with the requested information.
If you are not sure what the request means, cannot provide the information, or think the request does not match your situation, reply to the support email and ask for clarification. Zinc Support can review your specific case and explain exactly what is needed.
For your security, only share requested information through an official Zinc Support email thread or through the secure Zinc platform.
