How to Replace or Amend Referee Details After Reference Submission
Referee details cannot be amended once you submit the request, so if you need to make any changes you will need to delete the request and then add the referee again with the amended details.
1. On your submission page, click on the **References** box.
2. If the box appears grey, you are still able to click on this box to made a change.


3. If applicable, click inside the reference type that you added the reference under.
4. For example, if you were requested to complete **Employment Verification and Regulatory references**, you may have inputted it under a Regulatory Reference type, but just have a look in each section to find the reference you want to remove.

5. Once you've located the reference you wish to change, click the **trash can icon** in the top right corner inside the reference to delete the current request.

- If there is no trash can, this is an Employment Verification reference verified by your tax controller, an already completed reference, or a bounced reference request. These cannot be removed unless directly requested by your employer to our Support Team.
6. After you've removed the reference request, click **Add another** at the bottom of the page.

7. You can then complete the reference request form to add the updated details of your referee.



8. Once completed, click **Request reference** and a new reference request will be sent to your desired referee.
