How to Interpret Qualification Check Results
There are four possible results in a qualification check: Clear, Mismatch, Partial Match, or Not Checked. The icons below explain how to interpret the results.
The left column on the qualification check indicates what has been entered by the candidate and what has been returned by the check result.
## Candidate input
The person icon below indicates the candidate’s submission.
## Tech/Institution-verified response
The institution icon below indicates the verified result of the check.
The far right column on the qualification check will have a result for each field.
## Mismatch
A pink warning icon indicates a mismatch, meaning the candidate’s entry differs from the result returned by the technology or institution. These are the ones that you need to take a closer look at to decipher if the result is acceptable to you.
## Clear
The green tick icon means that the candidate entry and results have come back as an exact or equivalent match. This means the field has passed as clear.
## Cleared through equivalent match
The green tick icon with a grey box below means that the candidate entry and results have come back as an equivalent match. This means the field has passed as clear.
