How to Delete or Edit a HMRC/Government Gateway Verified Reference
Unlike references that you have added manually yourself, unfortunately, it is not possible to delete or edit references that have been completed through the HMRC/Government Gateway instant employment verification.
This information is pulled directly from the HMRC database and it is based on your payroll and income tax data. The companies are not contacted to supply a reference for you.
If there are any issues, your employer would need to give Zinc consent directly for us to remove or edit any details from an HMRC verified reference.
