Triggering Parallel and Multiple Background Checks in Workday Job Application Process

You may want to perform different Background Checks at different stages of the Job Application process e.g. just Right to Work checks at the Review stage, with a full suite of checks at the Background Check stage. You can do this by adding a **parallel** **step** to your Job Application business process. ## Add a parallel background check step 1. Access the **Job Application Business Process** (search for **bp: Job Application** ) 2. Select **Edit Dynamic Definition** 3. Click **OK** 6. Select **Background Check** under **Start Parallel Stage**. A **Select Background Check Package** task will have been created.
