To order a pre-employment background check after you have signed up and set up your Zinc account, follow these steps:
1. **Sign in to Zinc:** Access your Zinc account with your login credentials.
2. **Update Payment Details:** Ensure that your payment information is current and correctly entered.
3. **Select or Create a Check Package:** Choose from pre-built check packages or customize a package to suit your specific requirements.
4. **Request the Check:** Send an invitation to the candidate to complete the check. You can do this directly from your Zinc dashboard or through your applicant tracking system (ATS) if you have integrated Zinc with it.
5. **Candidate Communication:** Zinc will contact the candidate by email and SMS to complete the requested background check.
