Why Can't I See the Candidate's Proof of Address Document?
For candidates outside of the UK, it may not be possible to view the proof of address document on the report as currently, our product does not support this kind of action.
For candidates in the UK, you will only see a proof of address if there is a DBS criminal check requested.
