What Is a 403 Error and How to Resolve It When Submitting a DBS Check
A 403 error happens when you are submitting your DBS criminal check, but it has been over 120 or 180 days since you submitted your identity and address checks.
We remove sensitive information, like your identity check and address check, 120 or 180 days after initial submission so if you need to submit your DBS check after the 120 or 180 days have passed, you would need to submit these two checks again.
If you experience a 403 error when submitting your DBS check, contact our Customer Support team here at Zinc and let us know you have this error.
Our team can then revert your identity, address checks, and your details section for you to resubmit.
After resubmitting these checks, you will be able to submit your DBS check.
