Zinc submits the request to the authorities. 4. Zinc receives the results (digitally) and provides a signed digital report. 5. The Court Search Uganda provides information on criminal judgments involving natural persons who lawfully reside in Uganda, extracted through the online databases of the Uganda Legal Information Institute. The information spans up to 7 years, depending on the jurisdiction, and covers the following judicial bodies: - Supreme Court of Uganda - Court of Appeal - Constitutional Court - High Court of Criminal Division - High Court International Crimes Division - High Court Anti-corruption Division - High Court Execution and Bailiffs Division The search is national, but the reporting is based on the provided candidate's address. ## Restrictions, Exclusions, and Limitations - Due to privacy laws, there might be restrictions on the access of case information where the parties involved have explicitly prohibited the public disclosure of. - Please note that we only provide audit trails as evidence for this service.
