How to Set Up Private References for Employer-Only Visibility
If you want to set up all references provided to only be viewable to you as the employer and never to the candidate, please request this to our Account Management Team at **accountmanagement@zincwork.com** so this can be enabled for you.
This feature would be for **all references for every request and cannot be enabled on the individual package level.**
After doing this, the questionnaire for references is private so the candidate can't view the additional questions once answered by the referee.
Please note that the compulsory standard questions and answers are shown to the candidate but any additional questions you create will not be shown to the candidate.
