What Does The ‘Mismatch found’ Status Mean?
The pink **Mismatch found** status on a check indicates that the check is complete, however there was a discrepancy between what the candidate has provided and the information that has been verified by the source.
For example:
- For the FCA Register check, when the name associated with the IRN provided by the candidate does not match the candidate's name.
