How Can I Change a Candidate's Phone Number or Email Address for Their Checks?
Once a check has been sent out for the candidate to complete, the email address or phone number cannot be changed.
To fix this, [cancel](https://help.zincwork.com/hc/hm54ky7yrc/article/46bf750f-how-to-cancel-background-checks-on-zinc) the current request and [resend](https://help.zincwork.com/hc/hm54ky7yrc/article/b1feb366-how-to-make-a-new-request-within-zinc-and-resend-candidate-links) a new request with the updated details.
