How to Switch from Computer to Phone During Identity CheckYou are required to use a mobile phone for the photo upload and selfie sections of the Identity check.

If you are using a computer or laptop, you can switch to your phone by clicking the **Get secure link** button, and then choosing 1 of 3 options:

- Scan the QR code with your phone
- Click on **Get link via SMS**, enter a valid phone number and receive the link by text
- Click on **Copy link** and paste this into your browser manually

If you're completing a DBS check or a UK Right to Work check, your route may use the Zinc app and ask you to scan a QR code to link your session to it.
